  • 3. Know How to Provide Support for Remote Workers
    • Looking at how to overcome isolation for remote workers
    • Ensuring health and safety when remote working
    • Technical support for remote working
  • What is an ILM unit?

    This management unit can be undertaken on its own and is ILM accredited.


    However, this unit can also be built up to an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management at a later date, if you wish.


    This unit is worth 2 ILM credits. To achieve an Award the learner would be required to have a minimum of 4 credits.
