"The Modern Apprenticeships have been a great success and quite the benefit to our practice. To date, each of our apprenticeships who have completed the qualification have stayed on at our practice and are valued and experienced members of our team. Many of them intend to build on their careers here in admin based roles, and one has branched into a clinical role with the support of the practice and has completed the Health Care Support Worker course. 


We have found that the MAs not only help in developing skills but also by building confidence by offering support and structure, which has been clearly demonstrated in each of our apprentices. The support offered by their assessor also helps in guiding apprentices, who for many this may be their first experience in a working environment, which in turn, helps support the practice in their training and development. By investing in these apprentices, with the additional support from Rewards, we have gained many valued employees who have enhanced our team and actively contribute in maintaining the values and standards of our practice. We have found that by participating in the MAs we are reaching a different group of possible team members that otherwise may not apply for roles at our practice, who have the potential to do exceptionally well here and contribute back to our patients and our team."

"I completed my Business Administration Level 4 (SCQF L8) through Rewards Training and it was an easy, enjoyable experience. This was thanks to the delivery of the content, the comfort of being able to complete it at work and the helpfulness of the assessors who were flexible and understanding when things at work were busier and I preferred to complete by remote assessment. The content really makes you sit back and take a good look at what it is you do workwise on a daily basis and then the justification behind why you complete these tasks. This has also helped me progress within my role and my department since I started 4 years ago. "I found the SVQ in Management course to be extremely beneficial as I started off in my new management role. We have had Rewards carrying out front line management training at a supervisory level, and front line management level and the feedback from all cohorts have been excellent. Lorraine came to the site, met with managers to design and devise training that would be suitable and practical for our manufacturing environment. The training across all levels has been excellent, with the feedback from all cohorts that the trainer was brilliant at balancing the practical and theoretical aspects of the training and how they could use this in their day to day working lives.In particular, the 360 degree feedback as part of ILM4 has been very well received and recommended by everyone that has undertaken it.

I worked with Rewards Training to design a Supervisory course for our Charge hands, Foreman and Team Leaders at our Clydeport sites. Our operation spans across three sites and is very fast paced. Therefore, it is not always easy for us to arrange to arrange for employees we wish to attend a training course all at the same time for X amount of days at a time.

I have attended several training courses with Rewards Training over the past 18 months and have found them all to be extremely well planned and professionally delivered. Initially I did a few of the public, one day courses on management skills covering subjects like Time Management and Recruitment. Then I decided that I would invite her into the salon so my management team could also benefit from her expertise and knowledge.These courses were tailored for our own specific needs which meant we really benefited for them massively as the content was so relevant. The trainer managed to very quickly develop a great understanding of our business and pin point our requirements.
 
The trainer has such a wealth of knowledge but is very understated in the way she uses it. Therefore, I find her to be exceptionally easy to engage with and learn from.
