The Process
The candidate will work towards building their e-portfolio with full support being provided by Rewards throughout the qualification. The e-portfolio allows candidates to easily submit work and communicate with their assessor.

Assessor contact will rotate between remote and face to face visits to support the work-based learning and assignments. Progress will be reviewed at visits and we will seek the managers' input and feedback as part of this.
Our Recruitment Service
Along with delivering the qualification, we can also provide a low cost apprenticeship recruitment service.  Since we began, Rewards Training has recruited hundreds of young people into Modern Apprenticeship (MA) roles.

We work in partnership with Skills Development Scotland and local schools to ensure that our vacancies attract the attention of suitable and enthusiastic young people who are looking for employment.
