ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Coaching

Who is this qualification for?

Suitable for learners at all levels who are looking to develop their coaching knowledge and skills within an organisational context. Learners will also accredit their experience with a nationally recognised qualification.

This qualification has 3 units
  • 1. Understanding good practice in coaching within an organisational context
    • This covers the role of coaching, basic coaching processes and the abilities and qualities individuals need to be a good coach.
  • 2. Undertaking coaching within an organisational context
    • This requires learners to plan and carry out at least six hours of coaching, with supervision and support.
  • 3. Reflecting on coaching skills within an organisational context
    • This will give learners tools to analyse and improve their own performance as a coach.

Delivery

6 sessions (2 sessions per unit) delivered online through Zoom. Joining instructions will be sent to you prior to the course starting.

This qualification is approved for up to £200 ITA funding depending on eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Aged 16 or over
  • Not in education or involved in any other SDS funded programme
  • Unemployed and looking to get back into work
  • Currently employed and earning less than £22,000 per year
  • Resident in Scotland

Cost
£850+VAT. Includes ILM registration fee, personal induction, tutorial support and all training materials.
