Effective Communication
Effective communication is an essential business skill. This course will enable you to be more an effective communicator, by learning to plan, structure your message and deal with a variety of colleagues.  
 
By the end of this workshop participants will have:
  • An understanding of how relationships affect the way in which they communicate and vice versa
  • Tools to deliver their messages to maximise the chances of being heard
  • Developed ways to communicate purposefully
  • Increased self-awareness of what they do that works and doesn’t work when​ they are communicating with others
  • Tools to structure communication in a brain-friendly way
  • Learned what makes emails more effective
  • An understanding of different communication styles and how to appeal to them
  • Strategies to communicate effectively with tricky people 
 
Work through various practical scenarios to give you the opportunity to practise your new communication skills.
