Effective Communication
Effective communication is an essential business skill. This course will enable you to be more an effective communicator, by learning to plan, structure your message and deal with a variety of colleagues.
By the end of this workshop participants will have:
- An understanding of how relationships affect the way in which they communicate and vice versa
- Tools to deliver their messages to maximise the chances of being heard
- Developed ways to communicate purposefully
- Increased self-awareness of what they do that works and doesn’t work when​ they are communicating with others
- Tools to structure communication in a brain-friendly way
- Learned what makes emails more effective
- An understanding of different communication styles and how to appeal to them
- Strategies to communicate effectively with tricky people
