Diploma in Customer Service SCQF Level 5
This nationally recognised qualification confirms that learners have the essential skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform effectively in a customer service role. It is ideally suited for school leavers or those new to the field.
Assessment takes place primarily in the workplace, minimising time away from the job. Where appropriate, assessments may also be conducted in a realistic working environment through simulation.
The qualification must be delivered in a workplace setting and typically takes 12 months to complete. Employers will benefit from improved employee proficiency and job performance.
Diploma in Customer Service SCQF Level 6
