Coaching for Executives

Top leaders consider coaching to be the single most important tool in achieving outstanding results. Coaching is a rich and powerful experience that offers many benefits to both the individual and the Organisation. Through our experience, we equip Chief Executives, Board Chairs, Directors and Senior Managers with skills and techniques to deal with challenges and to improve performance. Coaching is directed at your very specific goals, whatever your role or aspiration in the Organisation.

  • What can Coaching do for me and my Organisation?

The primary aim of coaching is in improvement. Improved performance may relate to the execution of a specific task or objective, the achievement of goals, the delivery of a project, or being more effective and efficient in your role. We can work with teams to enhance their performance by making them stronger, providing personal growth, developing competencies and ensuring that they achieve their full potential.

Associations have many key tasks to perform. They have to deal with the different demands of stakeholders and be able to:

    • Develop the right strategies for success
    • Get the best out of people
    • Ensure that people work well together
    • Establish a sense of direction and consistency
    • Encourage leadership at all levels.
  • What areas will Coaching specifically improve?

    • Improve your performance and output
    • Develop your capabilities and personal awareness
    • Build your emotional intelligence
    • Raise your motivation and sharpen your focus
    • Improve your influencing skills with others
    • Improve your business skills to think and act like a manager and a leader
  • What exactly would the Coaching programme involve?

The Coaching programme comprises a series of eight 90 minute sessions face to face with your coach over a full six months. Sessions are informal but confidential and focussed on achieving your objectives. Each session will clarify your awareness of where you are in terms of performance, where you want to be and how to get you there.

The coaching sessions are flexible in terms of dates, they can be held anywhere in the country via the Zoom platform.

  • Who will Coach me?

A good coach will support someone to achieve more than they would normally, they remain impartial and non judgemental throughout and is encouraging and challenging, whilst realistic about situations.
