About this dual qualification:
This combined programme is designed to strengthen both administrative competence and customer service excellence, giving you the skills to thrive in today’s competitive marketplace.
This dual qualification takes 18 months to complete.
These qualifications are awarded by Qualifications Scotland and consist of mandatory units and optional units. We would map across specific optional units to enable cross referencing between the two qualifications, resulting in a quicker completion as opposed to the qualifications being delivered separately.
The Process:
The candidate will work towards building their e-portfolio with full support being provided by a Rewards Training Assessor throughout the qualification. The assessor will meet regularly with the candidate. The e-portfolio allows the candidate to easily submit work and communicate with their assessor remotely, in between meetings.
