About this dual qualification:
This combined programme is designed to strengthen both administrative competence and customer service excellence, giving you the skills to thrive in today’s competitive marketplace.
This dual qualification takes 18 months to complete.
Business & Administration Mandatory Units:
- Develop Self and Improve Own Performance in a Business Environment
- Undertake and support work practices in a business environment
- Communicate In a Business Environment
Customer Service Mandatory Units:
- Providing customer service
- Working as part of a team
- Developing Meta skills and personal practice
The Process:
The candidate will work towards building their e-portfolio with full support being provided by Rewards throughout the qualification, visiting the workplace to meet with the candidate. Progress will be reviewed at visits and we will seek the managers input and feedback as part of this. The e-portfolio allows the candidate to easily submit work and communicate with their assessor remotely, in between face to face visits.
