This one day course will focus on interview skills in the morning session and telephone skills in the afternoon session. Going for an interview is a daunting prospect, this session will build confidence and give plenty of useful hints and tips . The telephone is recognised as an essential part of office life. Customers who are handled well will notice the good service, bring more business and hopefully build a long-term relationship with your organisation. Creating a poor first impression can have irreparable damage.
