Difficult Conversations for Managers

This workshop is a highly focused event, aimed at individuals who may have to have a difficult conversation as part of their management role. This is not a generic communication skills workshop. The workshop will be split into 2 half day sessions: the morning will cover the content and the afternoon will be scenario based.

  • Examples of questions to ask when dealing with a sickness issue
  • Practice in a low risk environment
